(5th December 08) As Part of the National Community, Sports and Arts Facility Audit Donegal Sports Partnership wish to invite clubs to complete the attached questionnaire.

As an incentive to fully completing this questionnaire, the Donegal Sports Partnership will be setting aside an amount of €1,000 under the terms and conditions of the Club Grant Development Fund for one club in Co Donegal. An Introduction to Cricket

(16th October 08) Donegal Sports Partnership in association with Cricket Ireland are holding an International Cricket Council (ICC) Introduction to Cricket Course over 2 Sundays. Please view/downlaod the attached PDF files for the outline and objectives of the course.

The course is to provide participants with a basic understanding of the game of cricket and provide people with the skills and resources to conduct/assist a cricket session for kids. The course is suited to teachers, tertiary education students, parents and youth workers with little or no understanding of cricket. Also current players and cricket interested people, with little or no coaching, umpiring or scoring experience. Limited places available, so please book early. Basketball Ireland - Coaching

(6th October 08) There will be an introductory level coaching course held in Letterkenny on the 10th (evening) and 11th (afternoon) of October. Anyone who wishes to take part in this should contact me (Aisling Hubbard) at their earliest convienience to book a place on the course. The cost is €25 per head and any coach wishing to take part in a level one course in the coming season is required to have completed the introductory course prior to this. A full list of upcoming courses throughout the Northwest will follow early next week.
